Standard Shipping
Due to shipping carriers, unforeseen transit delays may occur which are beyond our control, and we sincerely appreciate your patience.

Shipping Time
For Standard Shipping, delivery will take a set number of business days after your parcel departs our warehouse. Shipping disruptions may happen during transit, for which our store bears no liability.
Weekends and specified holidays do not count as business days.
The majority of customers receive their orders within the stated business day timeframe after checkout.

Order Status
You will receive an email containing a tracking number once your order is dispatched. This tracking code can be used to monitor your shipment via the official carrier tracking portal.

We accept no liability for lost or stolen parcels. If tracking information yields no results with the provided tracking number, kindly contact our support team via the email above.

lncorrect Address & Undeliverable Parcels
If a shipment is sent back to us due to inaccurate or incomplete delivery details, marked as unclaimed, returned to sender, or classified undeliverable by the logistics provider for any other reason, we will reach out to you by email.
Customers who submit an invalid shipping address shall cover all Return to Sender (RTS) fees incurred.

After we receive the returned parcel from the carrier, you may opt for redelivery or a partial order refund, with RTS fees deducted from your original merchandise subtotal.
Should you select reshipping, you will need to cover both the RTS surcharge and new delivery fees.
Refund requests will only be processed once the package arrives back at our warehouse, and the item will not be resent in this case.

Note: After we issue a refund, financial institutions require a processing window to credit funds back to your account.
Double-check your delivery address upon checkout to avoid such issues. We take no responsibility for misdelivered or returned parcels caused by erroneous address information provided by buyers.
